Before traveling...
• Arrange, execute and confirm travel arrangements according to client preferences, including ground transportation. We can work with a travel agency or book the arrangements through our preferred partner, American Express Travel Organizers.
• Provide a detailed personalized travel itinerary to include Helper duties, times, vendors, contact information and 24-hour support.
• Prepare and deliver all travel documents including Helper information prior to departure.
On the day of travel...
• A Helper will be wearing a picture identification badge to make it easier to meet clients.
• An authorization form will be signed releasing the traveler to a Helper's care.
• A Helper will be able to handle luggage, accompany the traveler through. check-in and security as well as accompany them on the trip, providing door-to-door service. Deal with flight delays, reassignments or cancellations.
• Throughout the travel, Preferred Travel Helpers will communicate and update family members to provide total peace of mind.
At the destination...
• If a Helper is providing just the travel escort service, once the traveler is situated at the final destination, the Helper will require verification via picture identification prior to releasing the traveler at completion of the mission.
• If a Helper stays with the traveler throughout the duration of the trip, he or she will be able to provide Concierge-level travel assistance as needed.
o Help unpack, organize and support the traveler as needed.
o Make reservations at restaurants, spas, shows, etc.
